tours Eiffel I don’t know why everyone is obsessed with the giant one.  these towers are everywhere in Paris.  I didn’t see the price of the giant one, but these seem pretty reasonable. 1 for half a euro or 13 for 5 euro.  They also have African gentleman with armfuls of them underneath the big one and in the metro stations offering them for 3 for a euro. this picture was taken in Montmartre, which is on the other side of town, in the Place du Tertre, behind Sacré Cœur (there they also french army soldiors with submachine guns keeping the eiffel tower selling gentlemen away from the tourists) I ended up purchasing a slightly larger (6” tall) one at the airport for 13 euros, after deciding the giant one, weighing in at 10,000 tonnes far exceeded the air france luggage weight allowance of 23kg, also it won’t fit in my house ;)
